Support and bug reports
If your order is stuck, the wrong quantity was delivered, or anything else looks broken, email support@folloy.com with your order ID (the fly_… string from the success page) and a short description of what went wrong. Including a screenshot helps us reproduce the issue faster.
Privacy and data requests
To exercise your rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy laws — including requests to access, export, or delete the data we hold about you — write to privacy@folloy.com. We respond within thirty days as required by law and usually faster. See the privacy policy for the full list of rights and how we process them.
Abuse reports
If you believe Folloy has been used to send unwanted engagement to your account or a contest you operate, email abuse@folloy.com with the URL that received the unwanted traffic and any evidence (timestamps, screenshots). We will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the malicious order’s quota use to the affected creator and ban the abuser.
