Folloy FAQ

Honest answers to the questions creators ask us most. Use the search box if you don’t see your specific question — and if it’s still not answered, write to support and we’ll add it.

The basics

Is Folloy actually free, or is there a catch?

Genuinely free. Every service on the site costs you nothing — no credit card, no trial, no email signup. We’re funded entirely by the Google AdSense impressions on this site. The only “catch” is that each free order has a small per-day cap (so we can afford to keep doing this) and you’ll see ads on the page as your order processes.

Will using Folloy get my account banned?

It hasn’t happened to anyone we know of, but no service can guarantee zero risk. Free orders are intentionally small (50 followers/day, a few hundred views) — well under the daily ranges that platform spam systems flag. The delivery is also paced (not instant) to avoid the unnatural-spike pattern that gets accounts in trouble. If you stack five panels at once trying to get 50,000 followers in an hour, that’s a different story.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders start within one to two minutes. Small services (50 followers, 100 likes) typically complete in five to thirty minutes. Larger services (1,000+ views, for example) deliver gradually over six to seventy-two hours by design — abrupt 1,000-view spikes look unnatural to the platform.

Do I need to give you my password?

Never. Folloy does not collect, request, or store any platform passwords. The only thing we ever see is the public URL you submit. If any service ever asks for your social-media password to deliver “free” engagement, leave that site immediately — it’s a credential-phishing scam.

Why is there a daily cap?

Math: ad revenue from your visit pays for the engagement we deliver. Ad revenue per visitor is small. So per-visitor delivery has to be small too. If we capped at one million followers a day, we’d be spending fifty thousand dollars to earn fifty cents — and the whole site would shut down within a week. Small caps are how the site stays sustainable and free for everyone.

How orders work

Can I order for someone else’s account?

Only with their permission. Sending engagement to someone else’s account without consent counts as harassment under our terms, and can disqualify them from contests they’re competing in. If you want to gift a boost to a friend, send them the link to Folloy and let them place it themselves — that way the order ID lands in their hands.

What happens if my order doesn’t start?

If your order is “pending” after thirty minutes, the most common cause is that the URL you submitted isn’t reachable (private profile, video deleted, region-locked). If status is “failed,” your daily quota slot is automatically restored so you can try again. If neither applies, write to support with your order ID.

Will my followers stick or drop off?

Some always drop off — that’s true of any source, including organic growth. Our delivery network uses real engagement profiles (not empty bot accounts) so retention is generally good, but expect 5–15% to unfollow over the following weeks. If your retention rate is dramatically worse than that, write to support and we can look at the order.

Can I get a refund?

Free orders don’t have refunds in the dollar sense, but if an order fails to deliver we restore your daily quota slot so you can try again immediately. See the refund policy for details.

Privacy and safety

What data do you keep about me?

Minimum needed to run the service: your IP (anonymized after 90 days) for rate limiting; a hashed fingerprint to detect quota abuse from rotating IPs; the public URL you submitted; the order’s status; an optional email if you provided one for tracking. We never collect your platform password or anything else from your account. Full breakdown is on the privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?

Email privacy@folloy.com with the request. We confirm receipt within forty-eight hours and complete deletion within thirty days, as required under GDPR/CCPA. If you provided an email, that’s the easiest way to identify your records; otherwise we’ll work with you on the IP range or order IDs.

Tech and tools

What platforms does Folloy support?

Currently nine: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram, Spotify, Snapchat, and Threads. Coverage and per-service caps vary — check each platform’s landing page for the full list.

Does Folloy work with private accounts?

No. Engagement requires a public URL we can reach. If your profile or post is private, the order will fail validation and your quota slot is preserved.

Why do I have to wait twenty seconds before submitting?

It’s a server-side rate-limit window — a fairness mechanism that prevents one fast-clicker from burning through everyone’s daily allowance in two seconds. The frontend shows you a countdown so you know what’s happening; you can navigate around the site while you wait. The wait is not an “ad you have to watch” — try opening DevTools and the timer is just a number, no ad gating involved.
